§1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "bk888", "we", "us", "our" refers to the bk888 gaming platform and its operating entity, accessible at bk888.games.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the bk888 platform in any capacity.
• "Platform" refers to the bk888 website at bk888.games, including all games, services, features, and content made available thereon.
• "Account" refers to a registered player account on the bk888 Platform.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the player and available for wagering or withdrawal.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional credits granted by bk888 that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable funds.

§2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the bk888 Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, participating in any promotion, or using any feature of the Platform in any manner, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with bk888's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms supersede any prior agreements, representations, or understandings between you and bk888 with respect to the subject matter herein. bk888 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their account or via a notice posted on the Platform.

§3 Eligibility & Age Verification

Use of the bk888 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Individuals under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, wagering, or claiming any bonus on bk888.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You must not be a resident of or accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of any employee of bk888 or any of its affiliated entities.

bk888 uses automated and manual KYC procedures to verify player eligibility. Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

§4 Account Registration & KYC

To access real-money features on bk888, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address.

• One account per person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one bk888 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will be merged or closed at bk888's discretion, with any associated balances subject to review.
• Accurate information: You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided to bk888 is accurate and kept up to date. Notify bk888 promptly of any changes to your registered details by contacting support at [email protected].
• KYC documentation: bk888 may request one or more of the following documents to complete verification: a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport, driver's licence, or proof of residential address such as a recent utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months.
• Withdrawal holds: Withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of KYC verification. bk888 will process verification requests within a reasonable timeframe and will communicate any outstanding requirements to the player via their registered email address.

§5 Deposits & Withdrawals

bk888 processes all financial transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals made on the Platform:

• Supported payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, and 1LINK. bk888 does not accept cash deposits or third-party payment transfers.
• Minimum deposit: Rs 200 per transaction. bk888 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
• Withdrawal eligibility: Only the registered account holder may request a withdrawal. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the bk888 account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Withdrawal processing: Withdrawal requests for fully KYC-verified accounts are processed on a same-day basis during business hours. Requests submitted outside business hours will be processed on the next available business day.
• Chargeback policy: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider in relation to any bk888 transaction is a breach of these Terms. bk888 reserves the right to suspend your account and recover any funds subject to a chargeback until the matter is resolved.

bk888 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large or unusual transactions. In such cases, additional documentation regarding the source of funds may be requested before the transaction is processed.

§6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on bk888 is subject to specific game and sport rules in addition to these general Terms. The following principles apply across all bk888 products:

• Bet confirmation: A bet or wager is only accepted and valid once bk888 has issued a confirmation. In the event of a system error during bet placement, bk888 reserves the right to void the affected wager and refund the staked amount.
• Odds changes: Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds at which the bet is accepted. Subsequent changes to odds after confirmation do not affect accepted bets.
• Voided events: If a sporting event or market is cancelled, postponed beyond the permitted timeframe, or declared void under the applicable rules, all bets on the affected market will be voided and stakes returned to the player's real money balance.
• Cricket-specific rules: For PSL and international cricket betting, match result markets are settled on the official result at the close of play, including any super overs. Weather-shortened matches settled by DLS method are treated as official results.
• Casino and slot games: All outcomes in bk888's live casino and slot games are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) software or live dealer procedures. bk888 does not manipulate game outcomes. Results are final once confirmed by the game system.
• Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game in progress, the round will be voided and the wagered amount returned to the player. bk888 is not liable for any claimed winnings arising from a malfunction.

§7 Bonuses & Promotions

bk888 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time of the offer:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in each offer's specific terms.
• Bonus expiry: Unclaimed bonuses expire within the period stated in the offer. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements by the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.
• One bonus per account: Players may not hold more than one welcome bonus simultaneously. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times via duplicate accounts is a violation of these Terms.
• Game contribution rates: Not all games contribute equally towards satisfying wagering requirements. Cricket betting and live casino tables may contribute at a different rate than slots. Specific contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.
• bk888 discretion: bk888 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Any changes will not affect bonuses already accepted and in progress by eligible players at the time of the change.

§8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bk888 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of all account balances:

• Opening or operating more than one account, or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or at any other time.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to place bets, access games, or interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated betting designed to exploit market inefficiencies at bk888's expense.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any bk888 game or system. Any winnings derived from an identified exploit are subject to void and recovery.
• Using the bk888 Platform to launder money, finance illegal activity, or process funds on behalf of third parties.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards bk888 staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to circumvent geo-restrictions or access bk888 from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or similar technology.

§9 Intellectual Property

All content on the bk888 Platform — including but not limited to the bk888 name, logo, trademarks, trade dress, website design, game graphics, software, text, and all other materials — is the exclusive property of bk888 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any bk888 content without prior written authorisation.
• Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on any bk888 software or content.
• Use any bk888 trademark, logo, or brand element in any manner that suggests affiliation with or endorsement by bk888.

Any unauthorised use of bk888's intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.

§10 Privacy & Data

bk888 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on bk888, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within your account settings. Limits take effect immediately upon confirmation.

§12 Account Suspension & Termination

bk888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.
• At the request of regulatory authorities or law enforcement agencies.
• Where bk888 determines, in its sole discretion, that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other players.

Where an account is closed by bk888 due to a breach of these Terms, any funds in the account may be withheld pending investigation. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach — for example, where a player voluntarily requests closure — the real money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may request closure of your bk888 account at any time by contacting support. Please ensure your account balance is withdrawn before submitting a closure request, as processing times may apply.

§13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bk888 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the bk888 Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, revenue, profits, or data.
• Service interruptions, downtime, or Platform unavailability.
• Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in displayed odds or game outcomes subsequently corrected.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Actions of third-party payment providers or network operators beyond bk888's reasonable control.

bk888's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms, regardless of the cause of action, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player during the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

§14 Amendments to Terms

bk888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bk888 will notify registered players by email to the address on file and/or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the bk888 Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in full. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.

The version of the Terms in force at the time of any transaction or dispute shall be the version that applies to that transaction or dispute, unless otherwise required by law.
